Your Role: As an Operational Excellence Specialist within the Life Science Production System (LSPS) deployment team, you will be instrumental in facilitating the integration and sustained, value-driven application of LSPS across the Jaffrey site. Your role is crucial in managing change and establishing a site-wide standard for empowering practices that promote innovation and deliver tangible impact.

  • Tool Implementation & Utilization: Ensure effective and sustained use of LSPS tools throughout the Jaffrey site.
  • Expertise Development: Develop a comprehensive understanding of LSPS criteria and expectations to enhance system maturity and impact.
  • Collaboration: Establish and leverage partnerships with local, regional, and global teams to drive innovation and maintain LSPS standards.
  • Communication and Presentation: Engage with individuals at all levels, utilizing strong communication and presentational skills to effectively convey information, manage expectations, and facilitate change.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize digital tools to analyze, communicate and act on insights.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Ongoing Support: Coach and mentor teams throughout their continuous improvement journey, ensuring sustained practices and overall site maturity.
  • Progress Reviews: Conduct regular progress reviews to ensure accountability and performance improvement.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Recognize and standardize successful practices to promote site and global alignment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies, including TIM WOODS
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps and Smartsheets
  • Self-driven individual with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
