Operational Excellence Specialist
About The Position
The Operations Excellence Specialist supports LifeLinc’s operational programs and continuous improvement initiatives through hands-on execution across scheduling, onboarding coordination, enrollment, credentialing, compliance, and reporting functions. This role ensures operational tasks are completed accurately, consistently, and on time across all practice locations. The Operations Excellence Specialist serves as a key operational resource, coordinating across departments to support provider onboarding, system administration, and standardized workflows while providing leadership with timely, accurate reporting and status updates.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary administrator for MyStaffSchedule (MSS), maintaining user account accuracy, schedule accuracy, and providing onboarding and training for new users.
- Produces global and site-level operational reports related to staffing, onboarding progress, compliance and scheduling status.
- Tracks new clinical hires from HR onboarding through credentialing, enrollment, and MSS readiness, ensuring all required tasks are completed within established timelines.
- Monitors compliance with LifeLinc Operational Standards and documented workflow’s; identifies variances and escalates issues as appropriate.
- Documents Operational Workflow’s using LifeLinc’s standard operational procedures.
- Team member responsibilities on assigned Operational Programs and projects, including capturing meeting minutes, tracking action items, reporting status.
- Provides operational support to the Enrollment Department, including Payer inquiries and follow-up activities.
- Maintains the Enrollment department’s master contact list with user ID and log in criteria.
- Maintains the Enrollment department’s master roster for provider/payer enrollment status.
- Supports Site Data Quality reporting, as requested.
- Prepares reports, presentations and operational material as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
