What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Center of Excellence Operations to join our team. In this role, you will learn business intelligence and analytics, process optimization methodologies, and enterprise risk management frameworks. As a Summer Intern in Center of Excellence Operations at JLL, you will:

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business, Finance, Analytics or Real Estate related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Permanent US work authorization required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies helpful
  • Exposure to global account operations and transformation leadership desired

Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence & Analytics Support (20%): Compile and analyze operational data from various service lines, create dashboard updates and performance tracking reports, support monthly KPI reporting and client satisfaction metrics, and assist with data quality assessments and trend analysis
  • Process Documentation & Optimization (40%): Document current state processes and workflows, support process mapping and improvement initiative research, maintain COE knowledge base and best practices library, and assist with lean methodology implementation tracking
  • Project Coordination & Administrative Support (15%): Coordinate cross-service line meetings and governance sessions, maintain project timelines and milestone tracking, support initiative communication and stakeholder updates, and manage COE calendar and administrative tasks
  • Training & Development Support (10%): Assist with training material development and updates, support employee engagement survey coordination, help organize town halls and leadership communications, and maintain training completion tracking and reporting
  • Risk Management & Compliance Support (15%): Support monthly risk review preparation and documentation, assist with MSA compliance tracking and reporting, help maintain audit documentation and findings follow-up, and support contract deliverable tracking
