About The Position

The Operational Excellence & Culture Enablement Coach improves how work gets done while strengthening how leaders lead and teams communicate. You’ll work across clinics, pharmacy, and managed services to drive scalable process improvement and reinforce a unified, high-performing culture — through influence, not authority.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, or similar roles
  • Strong systems thinking + strong interpersonal influence
  • Proven facilitation and leadership presence
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Map and improve end-to-end workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and scalability gaps
  • Create standardized process documentation
  • Develop practical tools for adoption and training
  • Structure impactful weekly huddles
  • Build team and leader culture builders
  • Lead operational workshops and leadership sessions
  • Partner with leaders to drive adoption
  • Align operational and cultural practices during acquisitions
  • Travel as Needed to support clinics and business units
