Your Role: Operational Excellence Change Agent As an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Change Agent, you will be part of the site leadership and continuous improvement efforts at the Clinton Labs and Terre Haute locations, driving the implementation of Lean and OpEx principles across manufacturing and support functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coaching teams, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating continuous improvement strategies into measurable business results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or a manufacturing support environment with demonstrated leadership or project responsibility
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills combined with the ability to coach, influence, and drive change across the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Lean / Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
  • Experience training or facilitating Operational Excellence or Lean concepts
  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering measurable operational improvements
  • Experience implementing or supporting digital solutions such as Power Apps or Power Automate
  • Experience working autonomously in a continuous improvement, OpEx, or transformation-focused role

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support departments in the implementation of key OpEx principles, including waste reduction, process variability reduction, standard work, root cause problem solving, and flow optimization
  • Analyze business performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure targeted operational results are achieved
  • Partner with site leaders to establish and execute department-level OpEx goals aligned with operational priorities
  • Develop and implement OpEx management control systems, including monthly performance tracking and sustainability measures
  • Build organizational capability by coaching employees at all levels to turn continuous improvement ideas into implemented solutions
