As our Operational Correspondence Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to shape how we communicate with our members and providers. You’ll lead a talented team and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to develop and deliver impactful correspondence strategies that support retention, engagement, and regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid position with a 2-3 day in-office commitment. Additional in office travel may be needed based on business needs.
