Wash is looking for an Operational Administrative Associate to support our Operation Central Services (OCS) and Technical Operations Center (TOC) teams. The Operational Administrator will maintain, and work with, serval databases, entering new and updated customer and account information. The Operational Administrative Associate will prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information precisely. The Operational Administrative Associate is responsible for completing daily, time bound, data entry priorities, processing customer and account source documents in a swift, accurate and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one-or-more years’ experience required; specialized training and one-to-two years’ experience preferred. A combination of experience/education may be accepted as substitute for minimum requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and effectively; speak, read, write, and understand English well.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and move from task to task as well as have interpersonal skills.
  • Able to learn new skills quickly and extremely proficient with all Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications.
  • Regularly exceed task quotas and is always willing to assist team.
  • Exceptionally skilled at 10 key, typing, word processing and data entry.
  • Accomplish task on time with a high degree of accuracy and must be highly organized paying strict attention to details and established written processes.
  • Ability to work unsupervised as well as with a team.
  • Possesses highly developed problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, associate handbook, insurance documents, vehicle registrations and related paperwork.
  • Ability to read and write routine reports, correspondence in a professional and grammatically correct fashion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, customers, or associates of organization to gather, process and disseminate information.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

  • Answers telephones, emails, and inquires as assigned.
  • Input, allocate and resolve job tickets and work orders in a quick and timely fashion.
  • Work between multiple work order software programs.
  • Keep work orders, portals and client records up to date.
  • Maintain communication with managers, supervisors, customers, or associates of organization to gather, process and disseminate information throughout the day.
  • File uploads, downloads, and document processing.
  • Data Entry.
  • Assists in preparing, processing, and assembling business correspondence, reports, manuscripts, and other documents.
  • Answering internal and external customer questions, providing information, taking, and processing orders and addressing complaints.
  • Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records.
  • Compiling and maintaining records of office business and client transactions.
  • Training, onboarding, and some supervising junior associates.
  • Typically uses word processing equipment or a personal computer in assembling and inputting data.
  • Research information, as requested.
  • Performs varied support services requiring proficiency in general office, organizational skills, knowledge of department operations, and ability to read handwritten text and general work orders.
  • Supports one or more department customers.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
