Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative, operations, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational and administrative activities
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Monitor workflows and assist with process improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support programs, events, and tasks
  • Perform data entry and update systems with accuracy
  • Assist with vendor coordination, inventory tracking, or logistics
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally
