The Coordinator will provide the essential role of the foremost personnel at the entrance to surgical and procedural care delivery locations. This position serves as a primary point of contact for all nonclinical updates and logistics for patient and caregiver movement during the surgical and procedural day of surgery encounter. Partners with surgical and procedural leadership, providers, and service line scheduling coordinators to provide clinical continuity of care. Creates new registrations for patients, updates patient information, arrives patients for their visits, and provides excellent customer experience for patients/caregivers.
