Founded in 2018, Amynta Group has quickly established itself as a significant player in the insurance industry, managing over $3.5 billion in premiums and employing around 2,000 associates across North America, Europe and Australia. 2026 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM This summer (June 1 – August 10, 2026), Amynta’s IT leadership team is excited to launch a 10-week IT Internship Program for top rising Seniors. It will offer hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, solving Amynta Group challenges and opportunities, and dedicated mentorship and training from industry professionals. Our goal is to cultivate an environment in which everyone feels welcomed and valued; is encouraged to voice opinions, ideas and perspectives; and provides opportunities for professional and personal growth. ROLE SUMMARY Under the guidance of the Operating Office Leader, the intern position will support a host of vertical and horizontal services including, but not limited to: Financial budgeting and management, process improvement, documentation, and metrics. The intern will be directly involved with “The Business of Running IT”.

Requirements

  • A rising Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Interest in business/financial analysis, process improvement, and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Create and improve process documentation to ensure common artifacts and shared services approach
  • Collection of monthly financial submissions and creation of common storage solution supporting organization structure
  • Peer Lead of Inaugural Amynta IT Summer 2026 Internship Program
  • Assist Operating Office Head with creation of financial packet(s) for Corporate IT and its Leadership
  • Perform key variance research and analysis on various financial reporting
  • Support the end to end contract ideation phase to execution and invoice management.
  • Develop recommended reporting and key metrics to support Operating Office Services
