Requirements

• US citizen (Public Trust eligible)
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Highly knowledgeable or certified in the OpenText Content Server suite of products.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end development.
• Experience leading teams on large and complex projects.
• Ability to analyze complex technical and project challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Experience in systems analysis, planning, and supporting application development and production activities.

Nice To Haves

• Active Public Trust clearance
• Prior experience supporting federal clients.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data or content management solutions.
• Broader experience with data engineering tools, ETL frameworks, and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
• Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
• Manage and support the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) space for the client.
• Lead a team on large, complex projects, providing guidance and oversight.
• Analyze complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions involving schedules, technology, methods, tools, solution components, and financial management.
• Provide application systems analysis and develop both short- and long-range plans for application selection, system development, maintenance, and production support.
