About The Position

Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) has a unique opportunity for a Fellowship trained Pediatric Radiologist to join our Pediatric Radiology group in a 124-bed CHCO hospital in Colorado Springs. The position will be primarily centered at the Colorado Springs Campus, however, there are shift opportunities to work from home as well as read for the entire system, particularly if there is subspecialty interest and expertise. Colorado Springs Radiologists are an integral part of the CHCO Pediatric Radiology group and are invited to participate in conferences and teaching opportunities. Academic or Clinical tracks are available to all CHCO Radiologists. The CHCO Colorado Springs hospital is approximately an hour south of Denver and the CHCO Anschutz Campus, located along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Requirements

Licensed MD or DO from accredited institution in the U.S., or equivalent, if a non-U.S. graduate, must be ABR eligible or certified, and have Colorado license by the time of hire.
CAQ eligible in Pediatric Radiology and completed Pediatric Radiology fellowship by time of hire.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will participate in body pediatric imaging at Children’s Hospital Colorado Springs and work collaboratively with a radiology advanced practice provider supporting pediatric fluoroscopy.
The position includes a Q4 call rotation, consisting of after-hours emergent fluoroscopy coverage and weekend morning diagnostic interpretation performed remotely.
