At Luscii, we don’t believe every meaningful role starts with a job description. We operate internationally, but we stay focused on simplicity, clinical impact, and reliability in everything we build. We don’t assign predefined roles here. Instead, we look at where your skills, experience, and motivation could create value. We work with Holacracy, in small, multidisciplinary teams with accountability and ownership, close collaboration, and fast iteration, grounded in clinical responsibility. We move quickly and adapt, but never at the expense of patient safety or quality of care.
