The Resident Services Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for homeowners, residents, guests, and vendors within the community association. This role supports daily operations by providing exceptional customer service, coordinating resident services, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between residents, management, and service providers. The Coordinator plays a key role in promoting a positive resident experience and maintaining front office operations. The Coordinator reports to the General Manager and works onsite Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
