Requirements

Ability to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking
Work activities involving combinations of walking, kneeling, climbing, pulling, bending, lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to push a cart weighing 1,500 pounds
Ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery

Responsibilities

Scheduling preventative maintenance in coordination with supervisors, leads, and technicians
Making sure operators have everything they need to perform their tasks without leaving their machines
Maintaining floor cleanliness
Properly organizing and diagnosing stock
Ensuring quality and efficiency on the insertion side by verifying that setup logs, top sheets, and computer systems are updated through weekly checks
Submitting material requisitions for approval
Tracking supplies to support efficient equipment operation
Investigating and resolving workflow issues while recommending procedural improvements
Performing other departmental duties as needed
Adhering to company policies and operating principles
Meeting attendance standards to effectively carry out responsibilities and collaborate with management and coworkers
