Position Summary Concierge team members are responsible for greeting and assisting homeowners and guests with helpfulness and courtesy. Directing visitors to the proper department or individual, announcing visitors to staff by providing prudent information (name, address, nature of visit, appointment/walk-in), monitoring conference rooms, coordinating courier bag pick up, and issuing and monitoring key fobs when assigned to guests, and more.
