POSITION SUMMARY The Concierge is an important part of our brand and has a dynamic role in their community as the first point of contact with our residents, families, visitors, and guests. This position will provide front desk coverage and exceptional customer service by consistently being pleasant and helpful to everyone walking through the doors and creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position plays a key role in creating a positive experience within the senior living community by addressing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.
