Work you'll do/Responsibilities As a Project Delivery Specialist (PDS) at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. The NetSuite POD Lead Support role is responsible for overseeing and delivering advanced support for NetSuite ERP operations within a client-focused support POD (team). This position manages incident escalation, provides expertise in system troubleshooting and functional issue resolution, and acts as a key point of contact between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors. The role ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), leads root cause analysis, and drives operational improvements and successful case resolution. The POD Lead also mentors junior support staff, maintains documentation, and helps coordinate system updates and enhancements.
