About The Position

The Online Sales Consultant is responsible for managing online sales initiatives, with primary responsibility for qualifying and managing leads, and converting to appointments in GFO Home communities.

Requirements

  • Proven email and phone communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Sales contact or lead management database experience, Lasso CRM
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well
  • Must be able to learn and follow proved sales process
  • Must be available to work weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home building industry preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with Excel, Word, Lasso CRM, Microsoft Teams preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all leads immediately through the use of the internal CRM system
  • Qualify each lead based on needs and ability to buy
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the Community Sales Managers
  • Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community
  • Work with each lead to determine best community and floor plan
  • Utilize lead management software on a daily basis
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios weekly
  • Update digital marketing material, website and MLS as it relates to price and promotion changes
  • Stay in close communication with Community Sales Managers and Director of Sales to assist in moving prospects through the sales funnel
