About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Online Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. As an Online Sales and Marketing Associate, you will create and schedule marketing content and spend half of your time supporting online sales. You will manage social content, email campaigns, and social ads, then help turn online inquiries into sales by posting inventory, responding to customers, making follow-up calls and supporting dealer partners. If you enjoy both sales and marketing, this is the perfect role for you!

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Marketing tools such as Canva, MailChimp, and Adobe
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic analytics
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to learn new tools and processes for both marketing and online sales

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred)
