Summary This position will be responsible for utilizing search engines to gather pertinent information from recorded documents. It will also require some use of the phone to contact county recorder offices when necessary. Essential Functions Utilize search engines to locate documents needed to complete a file. Types of documents you may need to locate are Mortgages/Deed of Trust, Assignments, Liens, Power of Attorneys, Satisfactions/Releases, Property Tax Information This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate. Perform other related duties as assigned. Run individual productivity report daily for updating KPI statistics. Complete all files assigned by the due date.
