Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, and Two (2) years of experience working in banking, finance, online or digital-related support, or similar role.
Reliable transportation to/from work.
Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and requires the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree.
Three (3) years in retail banking, online or digital banking, or similar.

Responsibilities

Complete new user set up in the online banking system, including assigning security access.
Provide support to branch and customer service center staff related to online banking systems.
Review daily maintenance reports and update Online Banking system.
Assist with updating internal policies and procedures.
Support training for new online banking staff and retail staff as needed.
Assist and/or coordinate system upgrades with the online banking vendor and complete system testing.
Complete other duties as assigned.
