About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Parts Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the digital sales channel for parts and accessories, overseeing the entire order lifecycle—from customer inquiry to final delivery—while maintaining accurate inventory levels in the company’s e-commerce platform and warehouse management systems (WMS). This role bridges sales, logistics, and inventory control to maximize profitability and ensure stock availability.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in parts sales, e-commerce, or industrial customer service, often with previous experience in an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Epicor).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of automotive, technical, or specific machinery parts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and supplier relationships.
  • High accuracy in order processing and data entry.
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, process, and track incoming e-commerce orders (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or proprietary systems) efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to online queries regarding parts, providing technical support, compatibility advice, and accurate pricing quotes via email or phone.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers, prepare parts for shipment, and track packages to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle returns, defective parts, and warranty claims, ensuring they are documented and processed for credit with vendors.
  • Actively suggest additional related products to customers and assist in promotional campaigns to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels in real-time, performing physical inventory counts (cycle counts) and updating product availability across all online platforms.
  • Identify low-stock items, manage backorders, and place orders with suppliers/vendors to maintain necessary inventory levels.
  • Ensure accuracy in digital product files, including images, descriptions, part numbers, and pricing data.
  • Organize the parts inventory area for efficient picking and packing, ensuring a clean and safe storage environment.
