Online/Finishing Editor – Creative Services Location: On-site Compensation: $44–$55 per hour Primary Responsibilities Finishing, versioning, and mastering localized marketing materials Organize, track, and maintain project documentation and status reports Perform quality control on timelines, input assets, and final outputs Manage files across production servers, client review systems, and archives Create master templates and train editors & assistant editors on their use Key Characteristics of a Successful Online Editor at Pixelogic Technical Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of file formats, resolutions, and codecs Working knowledge of color correction and grading tools Proficiency with Mac systems and efficient navigation of OS/file structures Organizational Skills Exceptional attention to detail in managing media assets, metadata, and project files Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Maintain organized project folders, timelines, and team communication Strong understanding of how to templatize projects Collaboration and Communication Clear and concise communication with producers and team members Receptive to feedback and direction Collaborative mindset with proactive process documentation and improvement Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues Resourceful and solution-oriented under pressure Adaptability Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and timelines Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends Soft Skills Positive, professional attitude Respectful and team-oriented Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information Minimum 5 years of editing experience in a creative environment or equivalent expertise High proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required); DaVinci Resolve (preferred) Advanced knowledge of UHD, HD, and SD post-production workflows, file types, frame rates, transcodes, color standards, audio formats, and delivery specs Experience with titles, credits, motion graphics, and basic VFX Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in business English Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail Ability to work extended hours and weekends to meet deadlines Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative approach Forward-thinking and adaptable to emerging tools, technologies, and practices
