About The Position
We’re looking for a Creative Problem Solving System Administrator. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a high‑visibility environment. This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur Shift work either M-F 10pm - 6am or M-Thur 8pm - 6am
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑focused environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in complex storage environments
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification
- Bachelors and 10 years experience or 15 years with no degree
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership
