CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. The Program Manager oversees multiple related projects to achieve high-level strategic goals, focusing on long-term outcomes, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, bridging the gap between daily execution and overall business objectives by coordinating project managers and ensuring strategic alignment for success. Key responsibilities include developing program roadmaps, managing budgets, mitigating risks, tracking performance, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver organizational value CGI Federal is growing its high-performance team whose members share a passion for building high-quality, scalable, advanced IT solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced, outcome-driven mission. This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Leadership & Management: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, manage stakeholders, and drive results. . Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge technical and business audiences. . Technical Acumen: Broad understanding of IT systems, software, infrastructure, and security principles. . Strategic Thinking: Ability to align programs with overall company strategy and understand broader objectives. . Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. . Financial Management: Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. . Risk Management: Skill in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience managing large IT programs
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), and/or
  • SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP)
  • Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
