One-on-One Aide
About The Position
One-on-One aide per the 2nd grade students IEP. Will support the student with their academic and behavioral goals throughout the day. Will have the support of our Special Educaiton Supervisor, Building Principal and Classroom Teacher. We are a 30 sq. mile urban/rural district in southwest Montgomery County with a great deal of very rich, fertile farmland. There are only two districts in Ohio smaller than Jefferson Township. We have a total enrollment of 290 students with 154 students at PreK-6th Blairwood Elementary. We have a new BOE (January 2024), Superintendent (April 2024), Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Brand (June, 2024). Our Brand - "Learning is our Product. It is also our Most Important Process!" We are a process driven, results-focused school district that continues to get a little bit better every day! State Report Card - District - 2 stars, Blairwood Elementary - 2.5 stars, Jr./Sr. High School - 3 stars.
