About The Position

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the ONE Community & Titans Foundation team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus on Business Management, Sociology, Non-Profit Management, Sports Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or community partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in philanthropy management software programs such as Submittable, Wizehive, Classy, DonationXChange preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing events, activations, and experiences in the community with partners to maximize the impact of our support.
  • Maintain and create social media, web content, calendars and other communication materials pertaining to Community Affairs and Foundation related programs and events.
  • Manage the fulfillment process for in-kind donations, ensuring requests are processed and shipped in a timely and organized manner. This includes system management, organization and tracking of all philanthropic giving.
  • Manage in-season activations such as Community Tailgate, Inspire Change, and assist with Foundation initiatives such as 50/50 Raffle, Auction, and fan engagement and awareness during home games.
  • Responsible for key communication and coordination for all funding cycles such as scholarship program, grant cycles, sponsorships and fundraising events ensuring accurate and prompt response, distribution of funds and high-level event management to meet Foundation timelines and recipient needs.
