ONBOARDING SPECIALIST JOB SUMMARY The Onboarding Coordinator observes, trains, and coaches all new hires within their first 60 days. They are responsible for the successful performance and goal achievement related to workplace safety, food safety/ quality, and production requirements of new hires within the facility's Onboarding Program. The Onboarding Coordinator works to build relationships between new hires and production management. The onboarding coordinator is required to meet with production management weekly to review the new hires' performance and training plan. The Onboarding Coordinator is to spend 90% of their time on the floor, with 10% off the floor to handle administrative duties. The administrative duties are to include: Daily new hire check in forms Weekly reports Company people pillar check in Any other duties assigned.
