About The Position

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing Vertical as an Onboarding Project Coordinator to make a real impact every day. Reporting into Onboarding Manager, you will help us to streamline and optimize our client onboarding process. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, improving workflow efficiency, handling billing setup, and enhancing the overall client experience. By reducing delays and ensuring data accuracy, the Onboarding Project Manager will enable our team to focus on high-value client interactions. To be successful in this role you'll need to be highly organized and detail oriented. Some of the other responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries and proactively follow up with unresponsive clients.
  • Oversee client form intake, log data in Salesforce, and track client readiness.
  • Coordinate with accounting to validate Stripe payment setups, ensuring correct billing configurations before client activation.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing terms, pricing, and payment schedules before invoicing, identifying discrepancies early
  • Create and send adhoc contract adjustments to clients in onboarding.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity, ensuring accuracy in work orders, launch dates, and missing details.
  • Regularly update and clean internal project management tools such as Asana.
  • Project manage ad hoc initiatives to support team objectives.
