Primary responsibility of the role is the timely creation and maintenance of customer master records in SAP, including but not limited to account hierarchy, customer account information and related pricing, standing or blanket purchase orders as it applies to customer agreement clauses. Provide the new customer the Messer "Customer Welcome Package" and ensure that the customer understands who they need to contact. Assisting the customer service/dispute management team in the resolution of customer complaints. Why Messer?
