Team Impact Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for providing support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, and database management. The Onboarding Coordinator will complete the onboarding cycle for new hires after offer acceptance through New Employee Orientation.
