About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Onboarding Analyst will support the Procurement's Supplier Relationship Management division. The Onboarding Analyst will support the onboarding of new suppliers and assist existing suppliers to update profiles on an e-procurement platform. The individual will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

• Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
• Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to use sound judgment.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with team members.
• Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Effective written and oralmunication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 plus years of procurement, supply chain, or a relevant role, preferably with experiences in e-procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers understand andply with platform requirements and standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams.
• Provide training and support suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively.
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
