Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description: Design, develop and configure Hyland OnBase ECM solutions to support Life Insurance claims processing Build and enhance OnBase Workflow and Case Management for claims intake, validation, adjudication, approvals and payouts Configure document types, keywords, folders, life cycles, security and retention aligned to life insurance claims and compliance needs Implement digital claims folders providing a unified view of claim documents, metadata and workflow status Support life insurance claims use cases including death claims, maturity/surrender claims, beneficiary communications and regulatory correspondence Integrate OnBase with core insurance systems and payment or policy administration platforms Configure document capture and ingestion from multiple channels: scan, email, portals, APIs Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and resolve defects related to claims workflows and document management Provide production support, troubleshoot workflow, integration and performance issues, and support upgrades and releases Collaborate with claims business users, BAs, QA and integration teams to translate claims requirements into OnBase solutions Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows and integrations

Requirements

  • 8 years of strong hands‑on experience with Hyland OnBase Workflow, Case Management, Document Management
  • Experience with Unity Client, WorkView, Application Enabler or OnBase APIs
  • Knowledge of OnBase security, records management and retention policies
  • Proven experience in Life Insurance claims processing
  • Understanding of insurance core systems and enterprise integrations
  • Experience with metadata‑driven document retrieval, workflow rules and exception handling
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to insurance modernization or ECM transformation programs is a plus

Responsibilities
