About The Position
We are looking for an experienced OnBase Administrator/Developer III to support and enhance enterprise OnBase solutions for a government agency. This role involves troubleshooting, system improvements, and developing low/no-code solutions aligned with Hyland best practices.
Requirements
- OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV)
- Hyland OnBase WorkView Admin Certification
- 5+ years in OnBase development (Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal documentation
Nice To Haves
- Government project experience
- ITIL / CompTIA certifications
- Jira, SharePoint, Visio experience
- Agile/Waterfall methodology knowledge
Responsibilities
- Provide user support & resolve OnBase issues
- Enhance and develop OnBase (WorkView, Workflow, Document Composition)
- Collaborate with business & IT teams for requirements and solutions
- Design and implement scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Maintain documentation and system standards
