About The Position

The On-Site Workforce Supervisor is responsible for managing overnight staffing operations at a client manufacturing facility. This role focuses on workforce coordination, employee engagement, headcount management, and compliance with safety and HR protocols.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in staffing, workforce management, or manufacturing operations
• Experience supporting employee relations and workforce coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Experience with HRIS or workforce management systems (UKG preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage active employee headcount and workforce coverage to meet operational needs
• Monitor attendance and track workforce data using workforce management systems such as UKG
• Support workforce planning and employee scheduling
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employee questions and concerns during overnight operations
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Assist with disciplinary actions and employee terminations while ensuring compliance with HR policies
• Collaborate with client supervisors and operations managers to ensure workforce alignment with production goals
• Support strategies that improve employee engagement and retention
• Maintain accurate workforce documentation and reporting
• Assist with safety documentation and incident reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards
