About The Position

BryceTech is seeking a highly experienced On-Site Task Lead to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies (OASW(CT)). This role provides direct operational and program management support to senior government leadership, ensuring efficient execution of priorities across a complex and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator with deep experience supporting DoD executive-level offices, capable of managing workflows, coordinating across stakeholders, and driving mission outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required (TS/SCI)
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably supporting DoD or other federal executive offices
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders (SES/Flag Officer level)
  • Strong background in program management, operations, or strategic coordination
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Master’s degree in a relevant hard science or engineering discipline (e.g., Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting OSD, OUSDR&E, or similar high-level DoD organizations
  • Familiarity with RDT&E, emerging technologies, or defense innovation programs
  • Experience with task management systems and executive correspondence processes
  • Background in continuous process improvement or workflow optimization

Responsibilities

  • Provide front office operations and program management support to senior OASW(CT) leadership
  • Lead day-to-day tasking, workflow management, and prioritization across a dynamic portfolio
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination across DoD, Joint Staff, and external stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee executive-level briefings, read-aheads, and decision support materials
  • Track and manage action items, taskers, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support strategic planning efforts, including coordination of initiatives across critical technology areas
  • Serve as a primary liaison between government leadership and contractor support staff
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet leadership expectations and mission needs
