About The Position

We are seeking an On-Prem Infrastructure Engineer to support private data center environments and enterprise infrastructure operations. This role combines traditional IT systems expertise with hands-on physical data center work.
You will support colocation facilities, server and network hardware, virtualization platforms, and general infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
• Experience working in colocation or private data center environments
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• VMware administration
• Networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls)
• Physical hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Experience with Dell & Cisco hardware

• Basic scripting

Responsibilities

• Support on-premises data centers (Greater Cincinnati area)
• Perform rack mounting and hardware installation (Dell, Cisco equipment)
• Assist with VMware administration
• Manage Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Server)
• Support networking configuration and troubleshooting
• Maintain physical and logical infrastructure reliability
• Collaborate with cloud and Kubernetes teams when needed
