Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent
- Ability to pass background, drug and driving record check annually, as per company policy and guidelines.
- Must maintain a valid and unexpired driver’s license that meets company driving standards and maintain current automobile insurance and registration.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 years of experience in housekeeping in a hospitality setting i is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping duties such as maid services, reset/turn clean, touch up cleans.
- Clean, prepare, and pack housewares kits.
- Follow bed bug protocol and procedures.
- Perform housewares delivery and installation, and housewares pick-ups.
- Perform and complete work orders within CWS standards and procedures while using the company’s mobile field service/ERP system.
- Inspect assigned vehicle daily before and after usage, maintain vehicle log, and report any problems to the operations manager. Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle.
- Maintain inventory of housewares, cleaning supplies and report to the supervisor of any supply requirements to perform daily tasks. Report to the supervisor of any damaged inventory discovered while performing a service.
- Washing, drying, stain treatment, folding, sorting, organization, and storage of all linen per CWS standards and procedures.
- Travel to business regions to complete job-related tasks as needed including overnight stays.
- Responsible for safety procedures and bring any unsafe working conditions to the attention of management immediately.
