About The Position

Fetch is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations supporting the Omnichannel Partnerships business, inclusive of the Retail and Restaurants verticals and the Agency teams. In this high-impact, senior individual contributor role, you’ll act as a strategic thought partner to the Omnichannel GM and their leadership team overseeing Retail/Restaurants and Agency. You will be hands-on with data collection, generating insights through analysis, and crafting high-impact recommendations for the GMs and the Fetch executive team. This role is a true blend of strategy and operations, requiring the ability to leverage data-backed insights to align on high-level strategy and then operationalize that strategy through the sales team to ensure execution and performance. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
