About The Position

RTX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Integration Lead to join its Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE) team, supporting the Operational Military Engines (OME) Repair Program Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of repair programs for F100, F119, and TF33 engines through effective program integration, planning, and execution. Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is working to transform the future of flight, and this position contributes to that mission. The Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE) department executes military and commercial repair design and repairs substantiations for engines, creates and improves ASE business and repair development tools, and designs, develops, and qualifies military repair tooling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 8 years of engineering experience or 5 years with an advanced degree
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with ASE’s OME Repair Program team to establish and align a repair plan for F100, F119, and TF33 programs that supports fleet readiness and improves affordability.
  • Driving cross-program priority efforts to ensure repair plans are executed according to aligned priorities.
  • Managing budget allocations and ensuring effective oversight of repair task budgets.
  • Providing regular financial and Earned Value (EV) status updates to ASE’s program team and participating in program-level financial and EV meetings.
  • Partnering with ASE’s project team to monitor module health and ensure all modules align with program objectives and goals, providing updates and supporting program and customer meetings as needed.
  • Supporting ASE’s program team to meet or exceed ASE ME program flight plans, including achieving on-time delivery and turn time objectives.
  • Travel up to 10%
