We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. Job Purpose and ImpactThe Regional Performance Enablement Lead (open to remote) will provide technical expertise to contribute to the development of production excellence processes and management systems focused on driving operational performance and value added across manufacturing plants. In this role, you will use your knowledge to execute key operational processes to achieve identified metrics.  This role will require 25-50% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Responsibilities

  • Support Oilseeds operations HUB by analyzing and developing recommendations regarding failures and lost production, identifying and implementing solutions to improve the system, standard work and processes.
  • Lead and coach leaders through Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and implementation of Performance Enablement tools such as stable operations.
  • Partner with Regional Operations leaders and HUB functional support teams to plan and review Annual Operating Plan, KPIs and create action plans to close the gaps.
  • Implement and optimize production excellence processes and components including stable ops, performance management, and problem-solving activities such as Kaizen and DMAIC.
  • Foster the alignment of local and departmental stakeholders including operations, environmental and supply chain.
  • Assess organization readiness and implement process improvement processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the execution of plant and regional KPIs and monitor progress to identify variances and needed corrections.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
