The Lead, Sales Enablement owns the operational backbone of sales enablement for Best Buy Ads. This role focuses on workflows, tools, and documentation—ensuring enablement efforts run smoothly, scale effectively, and are easy for sellers to access and use. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support operational readiness, reduce friction, and improve the overall seller experience. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
