Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Lead to build and scale enablement programs that accelerate sales performance, improve seller confidence and consistency, and support Courier Health in achieving its ambitious growth goals. You’ll be a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations — helping drive alignment across the commercial organization while building scalable training, content, and processes that empower our sales team to win. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, content creation, analytics, and enablement delivery for a fast-moving SaaS environment.
