About The Position

As an OIC Global Sales Enablement Leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing customer‑focused, market‑development initiatives that drive incremental growth across product lines. You will lead cross‑business programs, support the launch and expansion of new and existing technologies, and influence strategic decisions with broad cross‑functional impact. This role requires the ability to communicate high‑level concepts to senior leadership, coach and develop teams, and deliver complex professional work across single‑layered or multi‑layered teams. You will operate in an environment where cases are unique, often without precedent, requiring new approaches and strong knowledge management.

Requirements

  • Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in Upstream or Downstream Chemicals
  • Have international business experience working with NOCs and IOCs
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Bring at least 8 additional years of experience in Demand Creation
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bring strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  • Show proven ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrate experience leading programs or projects
  • Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Bring established project management skills
