The Offsite Crew Member is responsible for creating quality food and providing quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment. This role involves transporting, setting up, and breaking down for offsite events, as well as prepping, cooking, packaging, and serving food to guests while ensuring food product meets operational, food safety, and brand standards. The crew member is also accountable for creating a fun, fast-paced atmosphere, greeting guests, and ensuring their satisfaction. Cleaning prep areas, equipment, and the restaurant according to operational, food safety, and brand standards is also a key part of the role. Punctuality, proper uniform, a friendly smile, high integrity, and a hardworking attitude are essential. The individual must consistently demonstrate company values and perform all tasks as directed by the company leadership team, representing Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally.
