About The Position

The Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting inventory, inbound and outbound material management, and related administrative functions. This role ensures accurate tracking of raw materials, equipment, and spare parts while maintaining compliance with audit and inventory control standards. The position requires strong documentation skills, bilingual communication (English/Korean), and close coordination with internal teams, external warehouses, and Korean headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal).
  • Strong document preparation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in inventory management, receiving, logistics, or administrative support (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Understanding of inventory closing processes and audit support.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting audits (IATF, accounting, or cost audits).
  • Experience managing or coordinating with external warehouses.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory for raw materials, equipment materials, and spare parts.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound transactions for raw materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end inventory closing activities.
  • Prepare inventory status reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual closing.
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests, including: Cost/Management (C/M) audits IATF audits Internal accounting audits
  • Prepare and organize inventory-related documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Track expired or expiring materials and products.
  • Prepare retest proposals for expired products and coordinate approvals.
  • Maintain proper documentation for retesting and inventory adjustments.
  • Manage external warehouse operations, including:
  • Contract renewals
  • Monthly cost review and payment coordination
  • Inventory status monitoring and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with external warehouse partners to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain smooth communication with the Planning & Finance Team Leader regarding material-related tasks.
  • Prepare material-related reports and documents for headquarters (in Korean).
  • Communicate with accounting teams regarding material and inventory matters (in Korean).
  • Coordinate with the equipment team and Korean vendors regarding material receipt, especially for the upcoming spare parts warehouse setup.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain inventory-related documents and reports.
  • Utilize Excel extensively for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure all material documentation is accurate, timely, and properly archived.
