This position will coordinate the onboarding process for new clerical employees in the medical practices. The position will oversee the training, track status and progress of new employees, conduct customer service training, and serve as a resource to managers and preceptors. This role will support operations and the employee population in the Connecticut and New York Practices ensuring that all standards are communicated and followed, and that all processes are executed to continue to deliver the high level of customer service to our patients and to assure the new employee gets properly trained and oriented into the Nuvance Health Medical Practice. Coordinator will also maintain and track employee progress and completion data throughout the orientation process. In addition to the onboarding of clerical employees into the Medical Group, this position will oversee the coordination, maintenance and accuracy of physician/provider data the Kyruus FindCare tool. The manager will ensure that the information coming from physicians/providers, practice management, leadership, risk, compliance, payer enrollment, and other sources is communicated in a timely manner, and accurately reflected in multiple Nuvance Health systems. The data entered into Kyruus must be maintained throughout the lifecycle of physicians/providers and clinical service locations, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leave of absences, changes in scope and responsibility, and the opening new, closing down, significant construction, and transference of activities in physical locations. In addition to the maintenance, the manager will develop and maintain administrative playbooks for the Kyruus product as it relates to the Medical Group.
