About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Support Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Dallas office. This role will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations while providing direct support to executive leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating a seamless, well-run workplace.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in office management, executive support, or workplace operations
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Organization & Discretion: Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership to manage day-to-day administrative needs and special projects
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while ensuring executives are supported efficiently
  • Oversee office inventory, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain organized systems to ensure all resources are stocked and accounted for
  • Conference room management
  • Coordinate a seamless "Day One" experience for new hires
  • Prepare workspaces, manage technology setup, and ensure readiness prior to arrival
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance workplace experience
  • Act as the go-to resource for scheduling, vendor coordination, and facility requests
  • Manage mail distribution, travel arrangements, and internal service needs
  • Handle light IT tasks such as workstation setup, monitor connections, and cable management
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations
  • Plan and execute in-office events, team lunches, and executive meetings
  • Manage vendors and logistics for internal gatherings and celebrations
