The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day administrative, customer service, and accounting functions within the office. Supervision of billing clerks, collections department, customer service department, payables and payroll/HR functions is required. The Office Manager will be responsible to assisting the Regional Staff, the Division Manager, the Operations Manager and the Sales Manager to complete all reporting requirements. Essential job functions include managing all administrative functions in the Office, working with the billing clerk to ensure accurate customer billing, preparing and inputting monthly billing journal entries, managing credit processing procedures, overseeing the customer service department (including scheduling, training, and observations), overseeing the coding and processing of payables, working with the Collections department for timely account collection, completing weekly accounts receivable reports, ensuring segregation of duties, managing timely and accurate local payments, maintaining professionalism with customers and employees, preparing accurate monthly revenue projections, reconciling disposal invoices, completing monthly and quarterly franchise reports, assisting in gathering and inputting financial and statistical data for productivity reporting, assisting in restructuring Tower reports for analysis, generating reports for new/lost business, and supporting Payroll and H/R functions.
